When an invoice is rejected

A network answers with a code. Tallio says what happened and what to do next.

  • Belgium

    What the network says: BR-CO-15

    What Tallio says: The totals do not add up

    The total with VAT must equal the total without VAT plus the VAT. Check the amounts before sending.

    Tallio catches this one before the invoice leaves.

  • Poland

    What the network says: 440

    Duplikat faktury

    What Tallio says: KSeF already has an invoice with this number

    A rejected file is not an invoice. Change the number, or open the invoice that was accepted first.

  • France

    What the network says: 213

    What Tallio says: The platform found a mistake

    Correct the invoice and send it again.
